Requirements:

• Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided. 1-2 years of sales experience (preferred).
• Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Working Conditions: Fast-paced dealership environment; may involve weekends and holidays.
• Qualities and Traits: Enthusiastic, approachable, and goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet sales targets.
