ACCOUNTING STAFF - CASHIER

The Cashier of the Foodcrafters Inc. is responsible for managing and replenishing the Cashiers Funds. She ensures the availability of the needed cash to cover petty expenses, employees advances and emergency expenses for the day to day operations of the company. She is also responsible for releasing cash & check salaries of employees and project workers and other cash disbursements.

Key accountabilities:

1. Check the daily collection report from sales agent and outlets versus cash or check remitted.

2. Cash counting of remittances from collectors and prepare deposit slips

3. Received cash return from liquidation and other payments.

4. Do the banking transaction

5. Maintain updated passbook of company bank accounts

6. Prepare daily treasurers report with complete supporting documents such as deposit slips and original copy of properly signed daily collection reports.

7. Forecast and maintain cash fund

8. Pre-checking of the completeness of documents such as reimbursement, liquidation and other documents

9. Releasing of other department revolving fund , cash fund request and other payments.

10. Summarizes and balances the cashiers funds

11. Prepare petty cash replenishment

12. Maintain Soft Copy of Invoices on replenishment for BIR reporting ( thru scanning/photocopying)

13. Maintain files of daily collection report according to series

14. Maintain receiving file of disburse cash payments

15. Safekeeping of postdated and warehouse checks if any

16. Counter checking of other replenishments such as logistics and sales revolving fund replenishment.

17. Assist in releasing of checks to supplier on weekly basis

18. Performs other functions as deemed necessary by the Company Officer.
