Description

Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality.
Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized.
Ensure that equipments are maintained in good and safe working condition.
Uses equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line.
Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.
Repair and clean the equipment when needed.
Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
Implement the companys principles, policies and operational requirements for quality, health, safety and environmental management.
Report any operating or mechanical faults or issues to management.
Keep production order confidential as part of Information Protection Policy and documented accordingly.
Operate equipment and handling raw materials as per Occupational Health and Safety instructions.
Performs operating adjustments.
Implements SOP of the PP Printing machines before, during and after operation.
Make new nylon plates and setup for production run.
Assist mechanics during machine repairs and preventive maintenance.
Perform other duties related to work that may be assigned by his superiors.
