Team Management:
Supervise and lead a team of warehouse workers, providing direction, training, and guidance.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and address any issues or conflicts.
Motivate and engage team members to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Warehouse Operations:
Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
Ensure accurate inventory management, including tracking, counting, and updating stock levels.
Manage order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate shipping of orders.
Safety and Compliance:
Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Inventory Control:
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock to meet demand.
Conduct inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
Identify and address any inventory issues or problems.
Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
Provide regular updates on warehouse operations and performance.
Other Duties:
Must assist with loading and unloading trucks, operating warehouse equipment, and performing other necessary tasks.
May be involved in training new warehouse employees.
May be required to prepare reports and maintain records.
