Payroll Processing:
  • Assist in preparing and processing payroll for employees on a scheduled basis.
  • Verify attendance, work hours, and leave records for payroll calculations.
  • Ensure payroll transactions comply with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Assist in handling payroll deductions, taxes, and benefits adjustments.
Record Keeping & Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information.
  • Ensure payroll data confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to payroll, taxes, and benefits.
  • Support audits by providing payroll-related documents as needed.
Employee Support:
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits.
  • Assist employees in resolving payroll discrepancies or issues.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate salary payments.
Other Administrative Duties:
  • Assist in updating payroll systems and employee records.
  • Prepare payroll-related documents and reports for management.
  • Support HR in other related administrative tasks when necessary.

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years in HR roles, especially in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Skills and Competencies: excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Administer payroll, manage employee benefits, maintain HR System, and support recruitment processes.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based role may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving attitude, adaptability, and integrity.
