HR Generalist, Malabon

Recruitment & Staffing

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding).

Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.

Maintain a candidate database and talent pool.

Employee Relations

Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.

Promote a positive workplace culture.

Facilitate conflict resolution and disciplinary actions in line with company policies.

Compensation & Benefits

Administer payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payouts.

Manage employee benefits programs and government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).

Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.

Policy & Compliance

Ensure company compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.

Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR policies.

Handle employee records and confidentiality in accordance with data privacy regulations.

Performance Management & Training

Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and provide feedback support.

Identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs.

Support career growth and succession planning initiatives.

HR Administration

Maintain HR databases, files, and documentation.

Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.

Assist in company events, team-building activities, and wellness programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 13 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Wiling to work in Malabon City
