Job Description

We are looking for Technical Customer Service Representatives to troubleshoot and support clients experiencing technical issues, providing clear solutions and professional guidance.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle technical inquiries via phone, chat, or email
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, or connectivity issues
  • Guide clients with step-by-step solutions
  • Document issues and resolutions accurately
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical support
  • Meet service quality and productivity targets


Schedule & Training:

Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays

Paid technical training provided


Requirements:

  • High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
  • Strong English and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused and analytical
  • Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
  • Willingness to work onsite in Metro Manila
