Salary: Up to PHP 150,000

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Human Resource or other related course
• Preferably 3 years related working experience (experienced in HR Head work related)
• Well-versed in presentation of reports and recommend improvement activities
• Has sharp attention to detail
• Has the ability to work independently but can also work with others in a team environment
• Good communication skills & detail-oriented

BASIC FUNCTION:

• To manage the entire operations of Human Resources and Administrative Services
• Attains organizational effectiveness through manpower planning, compensation and benefits administration, training and development, and employee relations
• Delivers administrative services and management of general services needs
