Job Description:

Manage daily and monthly catch reporting, vessel operations, and crew support while coordinating port logistics and inventory. Key responsibilities include:

• Record and consolidate catch data; prepare shoothome and net sharing reports.
• Process crew allowances and handle ABULOY documentation.
• Monitor scrap items, prepare packing lists and invoices for foreign vessels.
• Manage Satlink buoys, deployments, and monthly billing through iFIMS.
• Oversee purchase orders, receiving reports, and port supplies for vessels.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Accounting courses or related field preferred.
• 12 years experience in fisheries operations, vessel reporting, or logistics.
• Proficient in Excel, report consolidation, and data encoding.
• Has knowledge of basic accounting operations and processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to coordinate with vessels, ports, and internal departments efficiently.
