Roving Merchandiser, Malabon

Location: NEAREST TO THE EMPLOYEES RESIDENTIAL AREA

(FIELD-BASED / MULTIPLE STORE ASSIGNMENTS)

Ensure products are properly displayed, faced, and stocked in assigned retail outlets.

Maintain product visibility and ensure compliance with approved planograms and merchandising standards.

Actively promote products to customers and store staff

Monitor stock levels and promptly report stockouts, overstocking, or damaged items.

Ensure proper product rotation (FIFO) to prevent expired or unsellable merchandise.

Conduct regular store audits to assess compliance with merchandising standards and display requirements.

Identify issues, gaps, or opportunities for improvement and report findings accordingly.

Coordinate closely with store staff and management to ensure smooth execution of merchandising activities.

Provide timely reports on store conditions, inventory status, and promotional execution to the Sales team.

• Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience Level: No previous experience required; entry-level position.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
