Merchandiser, Navotas

The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring the availability, visibility, and appeal of products in assigned outlets. This includes implementing effective product displays, maintaining product hygiene, and executing merchandising standards to boost product off-take and consumer awareness.

- Ensure complete and attractive display of products on shelves and mass displays in line with merchandising guidelines.

- Maintain cleanliness and appeal of all displayed products.

- Conduct regular inventory and submit timely reports including inventory and off-take summaries.

- Replenish shelves and monitor stock levels to prevent stock-outs.

- Install and maintain merchandising materials like posters and price tags.

- Monitor and report on competitor activities and in-store promotions.

- Follow FEFO for stock rotation and report expiring or damaged goods.

- Support in-store promotions and maintain good relationships with outlet staff.

- High school graduate or college level; preferably with related work experience.

- Physically fit and willing to do fieldwork.

- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Able to follow merchandising standards and company policies.
