Accounting Specialist, Malabon

Key Responsibilities:

1.Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets for clients or organizations.

2. Conduct financial audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

3. Provide tax planning, preparation, and compliance services for individuals and businesses.

4. Advise clients on financial strategies, investments, and risk management.

5. Perform internal control assessments and recommend improvements to enhance financial processes.

6. Conduct forensic accounting investigations to uncover financial fraud or irregularities.

7. Assist clients with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

8. Prepare and file tax returns, including individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.

9. Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to address financial issues and achieve business goals.

10. Stay updated on accounting principles, tax laws, and industry regulations to provide accurate and timely advice.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferably.
3. Previous experience in public accounting, auditing, tax preparation, or financial consulting.
4. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in public accounting, auditing, tax preparation, or financial consulting.
5. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations. Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), BIR tax regulations, and generally accepted accounting principles.
6. Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
7. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and MS Excel with advanced functions.
8. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
11. Commitment to ethical conduct and professional integrity.
12. Willing to work in Binondo, Manila
