Reefer Technician, Malabon

Description

Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on reefer containers (Carrier, Thermo King, Daikin, etc.).
Conduct Pre-Trip Inspections (PTI) and functional testing before deployment.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system issues, and carry out necessary repairs or replacements.
Monitor temperature settings, defrost cycles, and alarm codes to ensure proper operation.
Perform calibration, refrigerant recovery, and recharging as per standard procedures.
Maintain accurate service reports and maintenance logs for all repaired units.
Comply with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies during repair and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams for timely reefer release and unit availability.
Participate in emergency repair services as required, including on-site troubleshooting in ports, yards, or customer facilities.
