Sales and Marketing Manager, Malabon

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue.
• Manage and build relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Oversee the preparation of promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
• Lead, train, and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve business objectives.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• With at least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing preferably in manufacturing FMCG or packaging industries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in PET product or packaging industry is advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
