Manage recruitment processes to source top talent for MattGelo Corporation.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies that comply with industry standards.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.

Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of experience in HR positions with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and other HR functions.
Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in recruitment processes, managing employee relations, compensation and benefits structures, conducting training programs, and handling payroll. Must possess exceptional interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Involvement in the recruitment process, developing HR policies, supporting employee relations, administering pay and benefits, overseeing training and development initiatives, and ensuring the accurate processing of payroll.
