QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor Degree in Psychology/ Human Resource or other related course
-Preferably 3 years related working experience (Experienced in HR Head work related)
-Well-versed in presentation of reports and recommend improvement activities
-Has sharp attention detail
-Has the ability to work independently but can also work with others in a team environment
-Good communication skills & detail-oriented

BASIC FUNCTION:
-TO MANAGE THE ENTIRE OPERATIONS OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
-ATTAINS ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS THROUGH MANPOWER PLANNING, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION, TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT, AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
-DELIVERS ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES AND MANAGEMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES NEEDS
