The Job
The Offline Merchant Relationship Manager will play a vital role in driving Billeases presence in offline merchant partner stores by leading, managing, and supporting a team of Team Leaders and Sales Associates. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, fostering strong partnerships with merchant stores, and ensuring consistent compliance with Billeases processes and standards. The Offline Merchant Relationship Manager will identify and implement initiatives to boost sales, manage risks, and deepen Billease's market penetration in their designated areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Sales Management
- Supervise and mentor a team of Team Leaders and Sales Associates to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to identify trends, address challenges, and capitalize on opportunities.
- Ensure consistent implementation of Billeases sales strategies across all partner stores in the area.
Process Compliance and Support
- Enforce compliance with Billeases operational procedures, policies, and sales protocols across the sales team.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure team adherence to standards and escalate any deviations when necessary.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members on process improvements and best practices.
Merchant Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store and area managers of partner merchant locations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for merchant-related issues, promptly resolving any challenges to ensure smooth operations and mutual satisfaction.
- Support and facilitate communication between Billease and partner stores to strengthen the business relationship.
- Sales and Risk Optimization Initiatives
- Identify opportunities for sales growth and implement effective strategies to maximize Billeases penetration in the assigned area.
- Develop and execute initiatives to mitigate risks, optimize sales performance, and enhance the customer experience.
- Regularly review sales performance and market trends to adjust strategies as needed.
Merchant Partner Support
- Collaborate with partner stores to enhance the overall partnership and ensure Billease products and services are effectively promoted.
- Assist in onboarding new merchant locations and provide continuous support to established partners, including training and promotional materials.
- Gather feedback from partners and customers to identify areas for improvement and relay insights to internal teams
