The Operations Director leads multi-unit QSR operations, ensuring excellence in profitability, customer experience, food quality, and operational standards across all locations. This role drives performance, develops leadership teams, and supports company growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

-Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations.

-Drive sales, profitability, labor control, and operational efficiency.

-Ensure consistent execution of brand, service, and food safety standards.

-Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers and Restaurant Managers.

-Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and implement improvement plans.

-Support new store openings, expansion, and operational initiatives.

-Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

-Bachelors degree preferred.

-810+ years of multi-unit QSR or restaurant operations experience.

-Strong leadership, financial, and operational management skills.

-Proven ability to lead high-volume restaurant teams.

-Willingness to travel frequently.
