About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Specialist to bridge the gap between our brand vision and store-level execution. You will oversee Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives, manage promotional campaigns, and ensure our brand identity remains consistent across all channels.

What Youll Do

• Campaign Execution: Develop and launch marketing promotions for Operations and Trade channels.
• Store Support: Work closely with store teams to oversee Local Store Marketing (LSM) activities and address field requests.
• Brand Integrity: Ensure all advertisements and collaterals maintain 100% brand consistency.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and coordinate with suppliers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective marketing materials.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitor trends and industry shifts to keep our strategies competitive.

What Were Looking For

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in marketing or trade marketing.
• Skills: Strong coordination skills, budget monitoring, and a solid understanding of Trade Marketing principles.
• Mindset: A proactive professional who can handle multiple projects with a 100% on-time execution rate.
