Barista, Camarines Sur

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Baristas to join our team! If you have a passion for coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and love making people smile, wed love to meet you.

• High school graduate or equivalent; vocational or college-level education in hospitality is a plus
• Previous experience as a barista or in food & beverage service is preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment (espresso machines, grinders, etc.)
• Willingness to learn and follow company standards and recipes
• Physically fit to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to customers according to company standards
• Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and dining area
• Handle customer orders, payments, and inquiries with professionalism and friendliness
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Assist in opening and closing duties, including cleaning and cash handling
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience
