Description

Coordination with Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) for PEZA-related transactions endorsed to the Legal Department.
Processing of PEZA Permits including but not limited to Form 8105, Form 8106, ESD Clearance, VAT-Zero Rating Certificates, and Certification of Entitlement to Tax Incentives (CETI).
Processing of PEZA Visa for Foreign National employees including other permits necessary to secure PEZA visa, which includes coordination with Department of Labor and Employment and Bureau of Immigration.
Processing of permits from different government agencies including but not limited to Optical Media Board (OMB), National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), Bureau of Customs (BOC), and all other government agencies necessary to accomplish a particular PEZA-related transaction.
Coordination with VXI internal department in relation to PEZA-related transactions or items.
