RCM Voice Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking 6 RCM Voice Specialists to handle inbound and outbound calls related to prior authorizations and claim inquiries. You'll be the bridge between patients, providers, and payers.

Responsibilities

• Handle voice-based interactions with payers, providers, and patients
• Process and follow up on prior authorization requests
• Resolve claim and billing inquiries over the phone
• Document call outcomes and coordinate with internal teams

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a medical call center environment
• Experience with prior authorizations and coordinating with payers, providers, and patients

Location:

• Northgate Cyberzone, Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: 30,500/month
• HMO coverage from Day 1 with 2 free dependents
