RCM Blended Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for RCM Blended Specialists to join our growing healthcare team. You'll handle end-to-end revenue cycle processes, ensuring accurate billing, eligibility verification, and timely follow-up on claims.

Responsibilities

• Perform insurance verification and eligibility checks
• Handle medical billing processes and claims submission
• Manage prior authorization requests
• Process accounts receivable (A/R) and conduct follow-ups on outstanding claims
• Coordinate with payers and providers to resolve billing discrepancies

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Insurance Verification, Billing, Eligibility, Prior Authorization, and/or A/R Follow-up
• Willing to work on-site

Location:

• Northgate Cyberzone, Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: 35,000/month
• HMO coverage from Day 1 with 2 free dependents
• 14th month pay
