• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the system.

• Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively assist customers.

• Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience Level: Entry-level (02 years).
• Skills and Competencies: Excellent English language proficiency; strong customer service skills; effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities; organizational skills; ability to work well under pressure.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
