Junior Accountant, Muntinlupa

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will assist senior accountants with various financial operations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior accountants with daily financial tasks and operations.
• Prepare and compile weekly and monthly financial statements and reports.
• Analyze and maintain balance sheets to ensure accuracy.
• Make journal entries for transactions and adjustments.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing process.
• Handle accounts payable and receivables efficiently.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the team to meet deadlines.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures in financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with finance laws and regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Audit Experience is preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks) is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well within a team and independently
• Preferred: 2+ Years of Experience in the Accounting Field
