• Process payments and returns
• Process monthly, quarterly and annual report (withholding tax, VAT, income tax, audited FS)

• Renewal of all business permit
• Quarterly payment

Manage All Accounting Transactions

• Manage cash/check vouchers
• Books of accounts
• Bank reconciliation
• Reconciliation of payables and receivables
• Prepare balance sheet / profit & loss statement financial statement submission every 1st week of following month
• Review sales report
• Check & summarized replenished fund
• Check transaction paid by Shopee, Lazada and Maya

Benefits and Payroll

• Prepares employee compensation on a semi-monthly basis. calculating employee benefits and deductions (SSS, PHiC, PAGIBIG)
• Distribute salary and gather signed payslip
• Manage mandatory benefits (SSS, PHILHEALTH and PAGIBIG) approved, process and prepare payments
• Monitor EE cash advance or loan
• Compute final pay for resigned employee
• Enroll TIN number for new hires employee
