Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa, Philippines (Onsite)

Shift: Night Shift

Arbeit Group is currently supporting one of our clients in hiring Customer Service Associates for a Voice (Call-Based) Account.

What You'll Do

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls

- Provide clear, professional assistance to customers

- Resolve concerns and ensure customer satisfaction

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications

- At least K-12 or High School Graduate

- No experience required training will be provided

- Strong communication skills (clear & confident)

- Willing to work on shifting schedules/night shift

- Comfortable handling voice-based account (calls)

- Teamoriented, proactive, and adaptable
