The Head Nurse provides continuous, professional nursing care to promote and restore residents health. They respect each residents independence, preferences, and family involvement while ensuring care meets RainTree Cares quality standards. Working closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, the Head Nurse supervises caregivers and nurses, delivers accurate medical treatment, and offers physical and emotional support to residents and their familiesincluding compassionate care during endoflife stages.


Responsibilities
  • Lead & supervise the clinical team
  • Plan staff schedules & daily operations
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth care
  • Train & mentor nursing staff for compliance
  • Manage care plans & support residents across all stages
  • Ensure quality standards & accurate medical treatment
  • Provide compassionate support to residents & families
  • Step in for Clinical Care Manager when needed


Job Requirements
  • Bachelors in Nursing (required)
  • Masters (optional)
  • 3+ years as Head Nurse or in a supervisory role
