Compliance Supervisor, Muntinlupa

A Compliance Supervisor in a consulting firm ensures that all business activities, client projects, and internal processes follow regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and company policies. They oversee operations, manage risks, and lead a team of specialists in implementing compliance programs, conducting audits, and reporting to senior management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

>Managing and maintaining accurate reports, records and documentations.

> Monitor changes in laws and regulations to update company policies and procedures accordingly.

> Supervise, train, and mentor junior compliance professionals, conducting performance reviews and facilitating professional growth.

>Lead internal audits and draft reports on compliance performance for leadership.

>Act as the liaison between departments and senior management regarding compliance breaches or improvements.

>Identify and assess potential legal and reputational risks, implementing mitigation strategies and internal controls.

QUALIFICATIONS:

> Posses a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Multimedia Ars, or releted disciplines.

> Have relevant work experience, of at least 1 year.

> Demonstrate strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.

> Exhibit professionalism, intiative, and adaptability.

> Must be a results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment

> Willing to start immediately.
