Call Center Representative, Muntinlupa

REQUIREMENTS:

• No BPO experience required
• Must have good comunication skills
• Open to SHS or HS (Old Curicculum) Graduates

DESCRIPTION:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue and providing appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Educate customers about product features, services, and promotions to enhance their experience and drive sales.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company database for future reference.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any operational challenges.
