Customer Service Representative, Muntinlupa

Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about products and services. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, emails, or chats
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Document customer interactions and update records in the system
• Follow company policies and procedures when handling customer concerns
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers
• Assist customers with account updates, billing concerns, or technical issues

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus)
• With or without experience (experience in customer service or BPO is an advantage)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required
