About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. This role is focused on driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets in a B2B environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand client base

  • Conduct field visits and support client engagements

Qualifications
  • At least 23 years of solid experience in B2B sales
  • Proven experience in handling or leading a sales team is an advantage
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented and highly motivated
  • Willing to do fieldwork and client visits


Nice to Have (Optional)
  • Experience in account management or business development
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Background in service-based or tech-related industries
