Education

  • Preferably with driver's license

Experience

  • At least 13 years experience in:
  • Permitting / Licensing
  • Compliance or administrative roles
  • Experience dealing with government agencies is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Knowledge of regulatory processes (DOH, LGU, BIR, PhilHealth)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to track multiple deadlines

Responsibilities

  • The Permitting Administrative Staff is responsible for the processing, monitoring, and renewal of all permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements for the organizations branches and business units.
  • This role ensures full regulatory compliance, timely renewals, and accurate documentation in coordination with government agencies and internal departments.
  • Acts as the central coordinator for all permitting and licensing activities, ensuring uninterrupted operations across all branches.
