Qualifications
Education
- Bachelors Degree in:
- Business Administration
- Legal Management
- Public Administration
- Any related field
- Preferably with driver's license
Experience
- At least 13 years experience in:
- Permitting / Licensing
- Compliance or administrative roles
- Experience dealing with government agencies is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of regulatory processes (DOH, LGU, BIR, PhilHealth)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to track multiple deadlines
Responsibilities
- The Permitting Administrative Staff is responsible for the processing, monitoring, and renewal of all permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements for the organizations branches and business units.
- This role ensures full regulatory compliance, timely renewals, and accurate documentation in coordination with government agencies and internal departments.
- Acts as the central coordinator for all permitting and licensing activities, ensuring uninterrupted operations across all branches.
