Position: German Service Desk Specialist

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Salary: Php 90,000

Industry: IT Service Provider

Work Set up: Hybrid (2 days work from home and 3 days onsite a week)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Filipino Nationals who can speak, read and write in German

Open to foreign nationals with permanent resident in the Philippines

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field.

At least 6 months to 1 year in IT Help Desk experience.

Knowledge in Microsoft 365 or any Networking fundamentals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide IT assistance to users via phone, email, or chat in German or English vice versa

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues

Guide users through step-by-step solutions

Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support

Handle user concerns or complaints calmly and efficiently

Provide guidance on common software issuesLog, track, and update incidents using ticketing systems.
