Recruitment Specialist, Muntinlupa

The Recruitment Staff is responsible for performing end-to-end sourcing and screening of candidates for both internal and external requirements of People Serve MPC. They develop and maintain effective sourcing channels to ensure a sufficient pool of active and passive candidates is available within the agreed service level standards. The Recruitment Staff also ensures that all candidate prerequisites are met prior to deployment. Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining a harmonious working relationship with client counterparts.
