CAD Operator, Muntinlupa

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for supporting the project terms of Shop drawings and As-built drawings. Assist TSG Officer for other project requirements with regards to plan and specifications.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

PRE-CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES

* Assist Planning Engineer for Shop Drawing of temfacil and staging area or site layout.

* Assist Planning Engineer for Shop Drawing of construction methodology.

* Assist TSG Supervisor for RFA/RFI/SUT needed for the project.

* Assist safety officer for safety plan required for the project.

CONSTRUCTION PHASE

* Responsible for releasing of approved shop drawing and other plans needed for execution with checking of TSG Supervisor.

* Responsible for monthly progress as-built.

* Assist TSG Supervisor for RFA/RFI/SUT needed for the project.

* Responsible for shop drawing and detailing during construction phase.

* Attend plan review with Supervisor and site engineer for design coordination.

POST CONSTRUCTION

*Responsible for the as-built drawing for the project.

*Assist TSG Supervisor for the compilation of approved shop drawing.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. EDUCATION

- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Architecture Engineer

2. EXPERIENCE

- At least 3 years of experience in drafting and detailing

3. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

- Expertise in Program like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and others is essential.

- Understanding of technical drawing principle and conventions.
