We are seeking Customer Service Representatives who will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure excellent service delivery for a financial account serving international customers.


Work Set-Up: Onsite

Interview Process: Virtual Interview (Screening >> Final interview >> Assessment)

Location: Northgate, Alabang

Work Type: 5-month Project base (Full time)


Qualifications:
  • Open for HS/SHS/College undergraduates
  • Open to applicants with or without BPO experience
  • Must be willing to work for 5 months project base
  • Must be willing to work onsite
  • Amenable to night shift, shifting schedules, and split-off
  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Willing to be trained and eager to learn
  • Customer-oriented, flexible, and detailfocused
  • Amenable to start ASAP with complete pre-employment requirements
