Provides administrative and clerical support, which includes answering calls arranging meetings, and maintaining files. You are crucial to the seamless operation of a business, maintaining effective communication and assisting with various executive duties.
Job Description
1. Assisting executives, handling private data, and organizing office-wide events.
2. Responsible for accounting responsibilities such as issuing payable vouchers, monitoring collections, and maintaining records on accounts receivable.
3. Coordinate travel arrangements for bosses, including itinerary planning and costs reporting.
4. Manage bosses' ad hoc requests and personal activities to assist with their daily obligations outside of work-related tasks.
Qualifications:
1. Degree in accounting only.
2. Familiar with particular software applications utilized by the company
3. Experience in bookkeeping, data processing, or other necessary skills
4. Ability to work independently
5. Professional and well-organized manner
6. Excellent communication abilities, both in writing and speaking
7. Proficiency in managing and setting priorities for an executive's calendar
8. Willing to be assigned in Alabang Muntinlupa City.
