Wine Waiter, Muntinlupa

Key Responsibilities:

• Recommend wines to guests based on their preferences and food choices
• Present wine lists and explain different varieties, regions, and pairings
• Properly open, decant, and serve wine according to service standards
• Ensure wine is served at the correct temperature and in appropriate glassware
• Maintain and organize the wine inventory and cellar
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for reordering
• Assist in creating and updating the wine list
• Provide training or guidance to staff on wine knowledge (if needed)
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and company policies
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries professionally
