Job Brief:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first point of contact for our customers. The CSR will address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role includes managing returns, refunds, and replacements, troubleshooting product or service issues, and documenting customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
