Job description:

HR Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Assist and handles the recruitment process of subsidiary companies.
  • Announcing newly hired employees through e-mail.


Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests and visitors.
  • Answering phone calls and direct to other departments.
  • Receiving and logging of mails and delivering to departments
  • Handles the logbook for visitors.
  • Handles the inventory and release of office supplies.


Qualification:

  • Must have a bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
