Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Work Setup: Onsite

Site : Vertiz North / Taguig

Salary Package: Up to 27,500 (All-In)

Qualifications:

• At least 611 months Call Center Experience
• Completed at least 2 years in College (No Back Subjects)
• Good to excellent English communication skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple tools
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Amenable to work onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Assist users with account concerns, uploads, and platform navigation
• Resolve issues efficiently while providing excellent customer experience
• Follow company guidelines and maintain quality standards
• Document interactions accurately in the system
