Position: Senior Gaming C++ Developer

Work Schedule: Regular Schedule

Work Set Up: Onsite

Salary : Php 80,000 - Php 130,000 gross

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality game systems using C++.
• Collaborate with game designers, artists, and other developers to implement game features and mechanics.
• Optimize game performance, memory usage, and overall system stability.
• Develop and maintain gameplay systems, tools, and engine features.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in the game code.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices are followed.
• Contribute to the improvement of the game engine and development pipeline.
• Mentor and support junior developers within the team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in C++ programming, preferably in game development.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and software design patterns.
• Experience with game engines (such as Unreal Engine or similar platforms) is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of gameplay systems, graphics, and performance optimization.
• Experience with debugging tools, version control systems (e.g., Git), and development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced development environment.
