Hunt, develop, and close new business opportunities across manufacturing, commercial, retail, and other strategic sectors.

Drive sales strategy and personally own revenue targets and deal closures.

Build and expand relationships with developers, owners, consultants, and decision-makers.

Lead high-value proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations with internal technical teams.

Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance reports.

Direct and align marketing efforts to support lead generation, brand visibility, and deal conversion.

Play a key role in shaping Glovals sales organization as the company scales.

57+ years of proven sales or business development experience in construction, engineering, design-build, or real estate.

A strong closer mentality with a track record of winning high-value or complex projects.

Confident in negotiations, presentations, and executive-level conversations.

Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-driven environment.
