Project Manager/Supervisor, Muntinlupa

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Project Planning & Initiation: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and create comprehensive work plans.
• Budget & Resource Management: Prepare budgets, monitor costs, and allocate resources (manpower, equipment) effectively.
• Execution & Scheduling: Develop, manage, and update detailed project schedules and milestones.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular, consistent project updates to stakeholders regarding progress, problems, and solutions.
• Risk Mitigation & Problem Solving: Identify potential risks, troubleshoot issues, and remove blockers to keep the project on track.
• Quality Assurance & Closure: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Leadership & Team Management: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
• Communication & Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana) and familiarity with methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
• Analytical & Organizational Skills: Excellent planning, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Education/Experience: Typically requires a bachelors degree in business, management, or a related field, and experience in project management.
