Wok Chef, Muntinlupa

We are seeking a skilled Wok Chef to prepare high-quality stir-fry dishes and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen. The ideal candidate has experience working with a wok, strong knowledge of Asian cooking techniques, and the ability to maintain consistency in taste and presentation.

• Prepare and cook dishes using a wok according to restaurant recipes and standards
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wok station
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Prepare ingredients such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces
• Work efficiently during peak service hours
• Assist with inventory control and ingredient preparation

• Proven experience as a Wok Chef or Line Cook in an Asian or Chinese restaurant
• Strong knowledge of wok cooking techniques and high-heat cooking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Team player with good communication skills
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
