WE ARE HIRING: Executive Assistant | Onsite Northgate Alabang

We are currently looking for Executive Assistants to support senior executives and leadership teams. If you have strong organizational skills and experience assisting executives, wed love to hear from you!

Location: Northgate Cyberzone, Alabang

 Work Setup: Onsite

 Schedule: Day Shift (AU Time / DayMid Shift)

 Salary: Up to 50,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars, meetings, and schedules
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
• Organize meetings, events, and appointments
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
• Maintain communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Handle administrative and operational support tasks

Qualifications:

 At least 2 year experience as an Executive Assistant or supporting senior executives (CEO, Directors, etc.)

 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

 Experience in calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements

 Strong communication and organizational skills

 HMO upon hire + 2 dependents (Intellicare)

 Allowances: 1,000 upon hire + 1,000 upon regularization

 2 Vacation Leaves per month with leave encashment

 Monthly, Quarterly, and 14th Month Bonuses
