Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily financial tasks and keep records accurate.
  • Recording financial transactions, organizing accounting documents, and assisting in preparing financial reports.
  • Reconcile daily sales from the point-of-sale (POS) system, check cash and other payments, and report any differences in sales or collections.
  • Assists in processing supplier invoices, preparing payments, and recording customer payments.
  • Track inventory, assist with stock counts, and support bank reconciliations.
  • Ensures that financial records are organized, accurate, and properly maintained to support the smooth operation of the retail business.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy
  • At least 1 year experience in accounting (experience in the retail industry is a plus).
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
