Business Registration Manager, Muntinlupa

The Business Registration Manager will oversee end-to-end processing of corporate registrations, amendments, updates, renewals, accreditations, and closures across key Philippine regulatory agencies. The role requires deep technical knowledge of regulatory frameworks, leadership capability, and strong coordination skills with internal teams and external accredited professionals.

Qualification:

Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate registration and regulatory compliance

At least 2 years in supervisory or managerial capacity

Extensive hands-on experience dealing with SEC (Primary & Secondary Licenses), BIR, LGU, and government agencies

Strong exposure to IPOPHL, PCAB, FDA, HALAL, and immigration coordination is highly preferred

Strong understanding of Philippine corporate and regulatory laws

Familiarity with government e-portals and filing systems

Knowledge of documentation standards and compliance frameworks

Ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously
