Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the setup phase to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Coordinate and oversee onboarding schedules to meet strict deadlines.
  • Collect, validate, and process all required client documentation and setup information.
  • Accurately enter invoices and client data into internal software systems.
  • Complete telecom and utility inventories via heavy phone communication with vendors and clients.
  • Perform high-volume data entry and administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail.


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook with intermediate to advanced 10-key data entry skills.
  • Comfortable and confident in handling heavy phone communication with clients and vendors.
  • A strong work ethic, self-starter attitude, and a positive approach to learning new processes.
  • Must be able to commute to Alabang (landmark: Alabang Corporate Center).
